Grading permissions
Permissions in this category pertain to the assigning of grades to a student [>>]. These permissions include:

Add Grades permission
This permission controls the user's ability to add or change a student's grades [>>].

This permission also controls access to the calculation of grades for an elementary school student. Note: These calculations are associated with year-end [>>].

The Calculate Elementary Grades link appears only if the District Administrator has added the stored procedure "CALC_ELEMENTARY_GRADES". Since this stored procedure is not added to the base schema, the administrator must add it after any software upgrade [>>].
