In circumstances where you want to view a particular student or a specific subset of all students, PowerSchool SMS offers several types of searches:

In general, a search generates a list of students that your role [>>] has permission to view. After you conduct a successful search you can save the search criteria for future use [Recent and saved searches >>] or save the results as a list that you can re-use when necessary [see Saved student lists >>].
