CIITS Resources & Materials
On-Demand training is available 24/7 from any internet-connected computer. Support materials may be printed and used as reference or viewed online. Participants are encouraged to use separate browser windows for each content source.
Modules may be taken in any order but sessions within a module should be taken in sequence. All modules will be delivered by a Certified Master Instructor and will follow a format that will allow participants to hear, see and try what they are learning during the training.
Webcasts will provide an overview, explanation, and demonstration of key product functionality. Live questions can be submitted and answered during webcasts. Webcasts will be archived.
Interactive Q & A forums are proctored WebEx presentations and will allow attendees to ask questions and see live demonstrations.
