PSU Registration Deadline

As one of our first onsite events since 2019, we expect this event to fill quickly. Online registration will remain open until the event has reached capacity or until June 24, 2022, whichever occurs first.

PSU Cancellation Deadline

If you register for PSU Anaheim and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time on Wednesday, June 8th, will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Cancellations must be made in writing. If you need to cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible. 

PSU Payment Policy

We must receive your method of payment by 5:00 pm Pacific time, Friday, May 27th. If we do not receive your purchase order or credit card by the deadline, we may release your PSU seat request. Your purchase order is sufficient for reserving your seat for PSU. Payment is due approximately 30 days from the day we receive your purchase order.

If you selected to receive an invoice when you registered, an invoice will automatically be sent to the billing contact for the school/district on your registration in about a week. There will be instructions on your invoice for remitting payment via check or credit card. If you select to use existing funds or PowerPass, you will receive a notification once your funds are applied and your seat is confirmed.

Our PSU curriculum is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. The reproduction, redistribution, modification, recording, or publication of any part of the curriculum or sessions without the express written consent of PowerSchool and/or its licensors is strictly prohibited.

Unlawful Use of Servers

As a condition of your use of our PSU training servers, you warrant to PowerSchool that you will not use the servers for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Use. You agree not to use the servers in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair or interfere with any other party?s use and enjoyment of the server. You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain through these servers any materials or information not intentionally made available to you by PSU.

Course Alterations and Cancellations

Due to unforeseen circumstances, PowerSchool may need to alter or cancel a course section due to a PowerSchool employee experiencing travel issues, falling ill or other extenuating circumstances. PowerSchool will work to replace the trainer, make adjustments in the schedule to accommodate the circumstances or place attendees in alternate courses if a course section needs to be cancelled. Alterations or cancellations of course sections do not result in refunds of registration fees.

Hotel Rooming List Policy

When booking in the PSU room block, the hotel will provide PowerSchool with your name and dates of stay. PowerSchool will not disclose this information to anyone; it is provided by the hotel for security purposes only.

Photo Policy

Throughout this event, PowerSchool may take photographs or videos, which could be used on Facebook, Twitter, PowerSchoolUniversity.com, or other websites to promote PowerSchool University. During the registration process, you will be given the opportunity to consent to or decline the use of your image, voice, or likeness.
