PSU Remote Plus Cancellation Policy

If you register for PSU Remote Plus and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, November 18, will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you need to cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible. 


PSU Remote Plus Payment Policy

We must receive your method of payment by 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Friday, November 6. If we do not receive your purchase order or credit card by the deadline, you will be considered a no-show and will be invoiced accordingly. Your purchase order is sufficient for reserving your seat for PSU. Payment is due approximately 30 days from the day we receive your purchase order.

You can still register for the event after the PO deadline.  To make payment arrangements, please email psu@powerschool.com.


PSU Cancellation Policy for Mobile, AL

Funds from PSU Mobile, AL can be applied to PSU Remote Plus or a future PSU through 2021. Registrations for PSU Mobile, AL not cancelled by 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, November 18 will result in funds being held on the account, available to be used toward a training event in 2021. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you need to cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible.


PSU Mobile Hotel Cancellations

All guest rooms made within the PSU room block will be automatically cancelled.  Please contact your hotel directly with any questions.
