Setting Program Management district preferences

Through district preferences, you can set options that control how program management works in your district.

To set the district preferences for program management:You can do this if your role is District Administrator.[DA]

In the control bar, click District Setup. The District Setup page appears.

Under Preferences, click General.... The General Preferences page appears.

To require that users select a reason when overriding calculated ranks, select Required for wait list rank overrides option under Reason Codes [Figure 250]. Note: If this option is not selected, users can enter a rank override reason, but the field is not required. For more information, see Overriding eligibility criteria [>>] and Assigning specific ranks [>>].

To restrict the number of students a home/hospital instructor can work with at one time, under Program Management [Figure 251], enter a number in Number of students a Home Hospital instructor can provide services to, at any one time.

Click Save.
