Funding and cost information
You can indicate whether funding is available for the program, as well as whether students will have additional costs while attending the program.

In the Project Management control bar, click Funding/Costs. The Funding/Costs page appears. |

To add program funding information, click Add . The Program Funding page appears. |

To edit program funding information, select the information and click Edit. The Program Funding page appears. |

To delete program funding information, select the information and click Delete. Click OK in the confirmation dialog and skip the remaining steps. |

To add additional rows for funding information , click Add Rows. |

Enter the information, which includes: |

|
Source - Select the funding source (e.g., Federal). |
|

|
Name - Enter the name of the individual, entity, or agency providing the funding |
|
=
|
ID - Enter the identification number of the funding source. |
|
=
|
Amount - Enter the amount of money being received from the grant or funding source. |
|
=
|
Closure - Specify the date you expect the funding program will close. |
|
=
|
Staff - Enter the number of instructors that can be funded through this source. |
|
=
|
Additional details - Enter any comments or details about the funding source not covered in the other fields. |

Click OK. The Funding/Costs page appears. |

Under Student Costs, enter the information, which includes: |

|
Student tuition - Enter the amount of money the student must pay either before or during program participation. |

=
|
Student expense - Enter the amount of money the student must pay either before or during the program participation for supplies and other expenses. |

|
Deposit required - Enter the amount of money the student must pay in advance to secure their position in the program. |
|
=
|
Grandfather start date - If applicable, enter the start date for the time period during which the students in the program were not required to pay tuition, expenses, or deposits. |

|
Grandfather end date - If applicable, enter the end date for the time period during which the students in the program were not required to pay tuition, expenses, or deposits. |

To save and continue setting up the program, click Apply or to save and return to the Program Setup page, click OK. |
