Adjust student enrollment

With the Planning Calendar in place [>>], the School Administrator can enroll students in the school [>>] for the next year. Since the date of enrollment determines whether the student is active in the current school year or will be active in the next school year, the School Administrator can enroll a student at any time in either the Planning or Active Calendar. Note: To work in the Planning Calendar, the Access to Planning Calendar permission must be set to Yes [>>].

The School Administrator can also review the projected enrollment of any student [>>] and adjust it as necessary. To identify where PowerSchool SMS will enroll a student during next-year processing, refer to the Planning District Calendar panel of the Personal Info tab of the student's Demographics record [>>].
