Typically, as a District Administrator, you work with the district's Active Calendar. However, for such purposes as planning or reporting [see >>], you can switch the calendar in use to the Planning Calendar [>>].
PowerSchool SMS indicates that the Planning Calendar is in use by highlighting the Planning Calendar button and by displaying a green color scheme [Figure 297]. Note: To work in the Planning Calendar, the Access to the Calendar permission must be set to Yes [>>].
When a you sign in, PowerSchool SMS displays the last calendar you used.
