Calendar choice and reporting

The results of many reports depend on the PowerSchool SMS calendar with which you are working at the time you run the report. You can switch the calendar with which you are working [>>]. For example, reports concerning grades or student behavior would get more meaningful results from the Active Calendar (that is, the current year [>>]) whereas scheduling reports are better suited to a Planning Calendar (that is, a time period other than the current [>>]). Note: To work in the Planning Calendar, the Access to the Calendar permission must be set to Yes [>>].
