Program Management uses Setup Lists to make data entry easier and ensure consistent spelling and terminology.
For example, when you enter a program category you can select a category from a dropdown rather than manually entering the entire name. The contents of the Program Category dropdown are defined in the Program Category setup list. Each setup list is composed of any number of items. For example, After School Athletics and Homeless would be items in the Program Category setup list.
You can add new items to set up lists, change or delete existing items, and merge items, as required.
1 | In the Admin menu, click District Setup. The District Setup page appears. |

4 | To add a setup list item, click Add. Complete the required fields and click OK. |
