In the Admin menu, click School Setup. The School Setup page appears. |

Under School, click Courses. The Course List page appears. |

Click a course number. The Course Detail page appears. |

In the control bar, click Course Grading. The Course Grading page appears. |

In the Course Grade Items, on the Report Card tab [Figure 235]: |

Grading Table- Select the applicable grading table from the dropdown. |

History - Select the Transcript Column to which you want to map the grade item. Transcript Columns are prefixed with the word Transcript. |

Final Grade - If the grade item grades are final grades, select Yes from the dropdown. |
Note: The district determines whether a course grade is awarded credit and/or included in cumulative GPAs when they set up the Transcript Columns. When you select a Transcript Column from the History dropdown, Award Credit and Use in Cum GPA are populated based on the district's settings.
