A school's Active Calendar is created when the District Administrator first adds the school to the system. Chancery SMS creates the school's Active Calendar, using the dates of the district's Active Calendar; these dates can be adjusted to ac como date the school's requirements. The school can then create a Planning Calendar whenever they deem it appropriate to do so. During Year-End Processing [>>], Chancery SMS converts that calendar into an Active Calendar for the new year.
