During Year-End Processing, Chancery SMS stores the information in the district and schools' Active Calendars in a Historical Database and then converts district and schools' Planning Calendar information into Active Calendar information. To close off the school year, School and District Administrators must update student information and system properties in preparation for running Year-End Processing [>>] by performing the following tasks:

Note: The ability to run Year-End Processing is not available in all versions of Chancery SMS.
