If your school has enabled online contact editing, always use the Student Info > Student & Contacts tab to make changes to your email address and other demographic information [see How do I change my contact information? >>]This ensures that the information is also updated in your school student information system. After the school approves the change, any updated email addresses will be reflected in ParentCONNECTxp.

If you cannot edit your contact information [see Why can't I edit my contact information? >>] on the Student & Contacts tab, click My Account on the top-right corner of the ParentCONNECTxp website. Enter your email address and click Submit.
Important: Changing your email address on the My Account page will not update your email address in the school student information system.
