Viewing an eligibility summary for participants

Once eligibility is calculated for participants in a program, you can view a summary of the results of the last eligibility calculation, as well as the eligibility results that were current at the time the student was assigned to the program.

To view an eligibility summary for participants:

You can do this if your role is District Administrator.[DA]You can do this if your role is School Administrator.[SA]

Open the Eligibility Summary:

Use the Manage Participants page

a In the Programs menu, click Manage Programs. The Program Search page appears.

b In the # Participants column, click the number corresponding to the program. The Manage Participants page appears.

c In the Eligibility Status column, click the status corresponding to the student. The Eligibility Summary page appears.

Use the Program Profile page

a Open a student record.

b In the control bar, click Program Profile. The Program Profile page appears.

c Under Programs , click the status corresponding to the program in the Eligibility Status column. The Eligibility Summary page appears.

Use the Edit Program Details page

a Open a student record.

b In the control bar, click Program Profile. The Program Profile page appears.

c Select the program.

d From the Actions menu, click Edit Program Details.The Edit Program Details page appears.

e Click the status in Eligibility Status. The Eligibility Summary page appears [].

Review the student's eligibility summary.

Program Information - The program information for the program the student's eligibility was calculated for.

Program Category - The program category this eligibility summary applies to.

Program - The program this eligibility summary applies to.

Program Session - The program session this eligibility summary applies to.

Program Assignment Eligibility Summary - The summary of the eligibility calculation.

Participant Entry Date - The date the student was assigned to the program.

Rule Name - The rule that was used to calculate the student's eligibility prior to the student being assigned to the program.

Eligibility Status - The student's calculated status on the date they were assigned to the program.

Last Run Eligibility Summary - Information about the last time the eligibility summary was run.

Last Run Date - The date the student's eligibility for this program was last calculated.

Last Run Rule Name - The rule that was used to calculate the student's eligibility for the program on the date their eligibility was last calculated.

Last Run Eligibility Status - The student's eligibility status determined the last time their eligibility status was calculated.
If the student's status was re-calculated after they were assigned to the program, this status may be different from the Eligibility Status under Program Assignment Eligibility Summary.

Eligibility Criteria Evaluation - A breakdown of the rule criteria and the student's results in the format:
<criteria> | <student's value>
Any criteria the student did not meet are shown in bold, red text.
If the student's status was re-calculated after they were assigned to the program, this Eligibility Criteria Evaluation may be different from the Eligibility Criteria Evaluation under Program Assignment Eligibility Summary.
