Declare YEP preparation complete
For the District Administrator to initiate Year-End Processing [>>], he or she needs to know that every school has completed the necessary preparations. As a School Administrator, you inform the District Administrator that your school's preparations for Year-End Processing are complete by filling out a checklist.

In the Admin menu, click District Setup. The District Setup page appears. |

Under Year-End Processing, click Year-End Processing. The Year-End Processing page appears. |

The Year-End Processing checklist for a secondary school is longer than that of an elementary school. |

Under Step 3, select the tasks that are complete. These tasks might include: |
