Starting the PowerSchool SMS Task Manager
Once customization of PowerSchool SMS is complete, restart the PowerSchool SMS Task Manager. System performance may be slow for a period of time after the restart, as the View Generator task will be running to update the data access views based on the changes made to PowerSchool SMS.

From the Start menu, click Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. |

Right-click PowerSchool SMS Task Manager Service. |

In the menu, click Start. |
