Downloading the Report Package
You can download the latest version of the PowerSchool SMS Report Package [>>] (appropriate to the version of the PowerSchool SMS software on your system) from the support site for which you need a valid user name and password. The Report Package consists of one compressed file with the extension ".zip".

Log in. The Home page appears. |

In the task bar under the tabs, click Downloads. |

Click the PowerSchool SMS folder. |

Click Releases and Updates. |

Click the folder for the applicable Report package. The Report Package page appears. |

For example, Downloads > Releases and Updates > SMS [version #] Report Package > SMS [version #] Report Package. |

Under Available Resources, locate the Report Package and click the down arrow to the right. |

A File Download or Opening dialog appears. |
|

Click Save. PowerSchool SMS saves the file to the Download directory. |

Or, click Save, find a suitable location to save the file, and click Save. |

Ensure that the file name extension is ".zip". |
