Displaying reports in the My Reports menu

The user can control the reports [>>] displayed in the My Reports menu [>>]. PowerSchool SMS can display up to 20 reports in the menu.

Any customization of this menu is specific to the user account and role [>>] in which the user is working when he creates it; in other words, PowerSchool SMS preserves the customized menu and displays it when this user account is signed in and that particular role is chosen.

To select the reports to display in the My Report menu: [You can do this if your role is School Secretary, Teacher, or School Administrator.SS, T, SA]

In the Admin menu click User Settings. The User Settings page appears.

Click Reports.

In the grid, select one or more reports.

Click OK.
