You can delete applicants from queues, as required. For individual students you can delete their application from their Program Profile page, which removes all record of their application to that program.
When you delete applicants from a program, you can either retain the application record as part of the student's program profile or remove the application record from the student's history so there is no record that the student applied for the program.
Note: Once an applicant is deleted, their queue status is set to Deleted and you cannot reactivate their application.
You may want to delete applicants from age or grade related programs that are copied to the planning calendar when the planning calendar is created. For example, an Early Childhood Education program for three-year-olds is created in the planning calendar when the planning calendar is created. Since the students in the program's list of applicants would be four years old in the next school year, they no longer qualify for the program.
