As a District Administrator, you can define an exception day [>>] of Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Disaster and assign that exception day to all schools in the district or to schools you select [Figure 346]. If attendance has already been entered at a school to which the exception day is assigned, PowerSchool SMS first clears the attendance for that day and then assigns the district exception day. If an exception day exists at a school for the same date, PowerSchool SMS updates the school's exception day with the district exception day.
