The School Administrator needs to adjust the Planning Calendar's day types [>>]. While Chancery SMS copies the Active Calendar's day types to the Planning Calendar, the coming year may require changes or additions. These changes do not affect the Active Calendar's day types.
Note: During Year-End Processing [>>], when calculating Days Possible for a student in a multi-track environment, Chancery SMS does not include days of the type off-track. An off-track days is a day for which system users cannot take attendance.
